Why could this have not been done over the phone or via the internet, saving me time and more importantly save money for the Trust? Absolute waste of resources, I wonder if the Trust are prepared to compensate me for the time I've taken off work let alone the £3 I spent on parking!

The staff cannot be faulted and given cutbacks are worked more like endentured staff, rather than the professionals they are.
I was able to witness that they treat every patient as an individual and everyone treated with upmost respect and dignity the staff Matron were simply outstanding.
