Cutlery is eg dropped from 50cm distance into the container. The dish very loudly to each other "thrown"2.) Sometimes we had the impression that the service personnel is not motivated and nciht in a good mood confronts the visitor.
We requested a room on a high floor 8 months before we arrived and were given a tiny room on a low floor where the elevator did not work and walked 3 flights of stairs each day to breakfast. We hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you again in the near future.Best regards, Diamantino Silvestre General Manager As others have said, the rooms are slightly tired with dated soft furnishings and the bathrooms in need of a facelift but the hotel remains excellent value and the location is perfect with stunning sea views which are well worth paying extra for. That the staff had very little knowledge of German language, we knew. The Servixepersonal should consider the following and might change:1.) The clearing of cutlery and china to eating proceeds in high volume.Which is a walk down the hill , so if your unsteady on your feet the climb back is a little bit tough.
Pool is lovely , plenty of sun beds and umbrellas , never an issue to get a bed .
This was our second visit and I would not hesitate to recommend or return again.
Dear guest, In behalf of the staff we thank you so much for your kind review and rating on Trip Advisor. Dear Richard Maurice C, Thank you for choosing Tivoli Carvoeiro for your stay.
Ihre Anregungen sind sehr willkommen für eine konstante Verbesserung unserer Dienstleistungen. Wir würden uns freuen, Sie irgendwann erneut bei uns begrüssen zu dürfen.
Mit freundlichen Grüssen, Diamantino Silvestre General Manager My husband and I stayed at this hotel last week. The hotel is in desperate need of an update, but if you're there to be outside, this shouldn't be an issue.
Found all staff to be very pleasant and helpful and room was kept spotlessly clean by housekeeping.
